Driving Online Sales with Large Scale Social Media Campaigns

The Backstory. Drop FX is a health supplement company known for its innovative liquid supplements that deliver enhanced absorption and effectiveness. Recently under new ownership, the company sought to reposition itself in the market. With a highly competitive global supplement industry, Drop FX needed a comprehensive campaign to drive immediate sales.

The Challenge. This campaign was at a much larger scale than any campaign we had previously done where the emphasis had been on a local market. To be successful, we needed to ensure that the ads were being delivered to the right audiences.

The Solution. We developed a large-scale Facebook and Instagram campaign that highlighted new customers reacting to Drop FX's products. The campaign leveraged a combination of targeted reaction video ads showcasing product's fast acting benefits and carousel ads detailing the differences in products. Retargeting strategies were implemented to engage past customers and visitors to the Drop FX website, while lookalike audience campaigns expanded brand reach across North America. We carefully optimized ad spend to ensure profitability while scaling the campaign to maximize reach.

The Result. The campaign successfully drove daily sales while maintaining higher profitability, even at the new pricing levels. Drop FX saw consistent sales growth across North America, with a strengthened brand presence and positive feedback from both new and returning customers.
